EVERCRISP

A new favorite, a cross between Honeycrisp and Fuji; it’s the best of both worlds! The great Honeycrisp taste, but with the longevity of the Fuji this apple can keep for a long period if kept cool.

Pink Lady

Attractive reddish-pink blush, with a yellow background color. Bright white flesh that resists browning when cut. Pink Lady apples are very firm and dense, with a tart flavor and effervescent finish.

Big, dark and sweet these cherries are always a favorite kick off to the cherry season! Available for u-pick or already picked.

White-Gold

These sweet cherries are yellow with a red blush and a perfect hint of tart. They are great for eating and baking. A unique appearance and equally unique taste. Available for U-Pick and already picked.

A Sweet Red Cherry that is large & very juicy. Available for U-pick or already picked.

Peaches

Red Haven

This has been the most popular peach for canning, freezing and fresh eating for many years. The flavor is sweet with a little "zip" that makes your mouth water! Free-stone most years, but can stick a little in some seasons.

Bellaire

Great Free Stone peach, that has a very similar taste to Red Havens. Great for canning, freezing and eating.

Glowing Star

Glowing Star peaches are a free-stone, sweet peach that stays firm even when they are ripe. They are great for fresh eating, canning, and freezing.

Pears

Bartlett

Average Timing: Late August

These pears are the premium pear for canning and freezing. Picked slightly green, they will ripen at room temperature in three to five days. As the color changes from light green to pale yellow, the flesh softens and the juices inside become pleasantly sweet. A good indication that the pear is ripe is when it "gives" a little when you apply pressure around the blossom end. Remember, pears ripen from the inside out, so don't let them get too soft.

Bosc

Average Timing: Late September

These pears are a sweet winter pear. They are a russet type and are light brown in color. The Bosc pear has a wonderful sweet flavor. The flesh of the Bosc pear is firmer than the Bartlett, and Bosc pears will keep well, often even into January. They taste great fresh or in salads or slices.
